A fresh but textured expression of Sauvignon Blanc from marl-rich soils in Ritoznoj. Farmed without irrigation or herbicides, the grapes are hand harvested, with a small portion fermented on skins for added grip and structure. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast and five months on fine lees in stainless steel builds depth while preserving brightness. The result is energetic and mineral, balancing vivid fruit with a lightly savory edge and bright acidity.
