A bright, energetic Grenache made through a collaborative project in Banyuls Sur Mer. Harvested by hand from schist, sand and quartz soils, the fruit ferments and ages in large concrete vats at Les 9 Caves, a cooperative garage cellar. Bottled young with no fining or filtration and only minimal sulfur when needed, this is a fresh, lively expression that leans into pure fruit and lift.

Red berries, cherry candy, wild herbs, light spice, juicy finish
