A blend of Grenache Gris, Muscat d'Alexandria, Riesling and Auxerrois from legendary winemaker Patrick Bouju of Auvergne. All the grapes were macerated whole cluster in amphora followed by aging in amphora and fiber tank. On the nose, tons of fruit such as mango, and grapefruit. On the palate, the fruit follows with apricot stone and citrus peel on the finish.
