A traditional Jura dessert wine crafted from 66% fresh, non-fermented Chardonnay juice and 33% home-distilled Marc du Jura. The blend is aged in casks for 24 to 36 months, far exceeding the AOC requirements, to create a rich, complex fortified wine. Juicy and vibrant, this wine balances the bright acidity of Chardonnay with the luscious sweetness of 180–220 g/L residual sugar.

Golden apple, honey, and nuts, with a luscious palate offering vibrant acidity, sweet fruit, and a silky, fortified finish.
