Sav'Or is Jean-Michel Petit's approachable, early-release Savagnin, grown on limestone and marl soils in Pupillin. Organically farmed and fermented with native yeasts, the wine is aged in neutral oak barrels and bottled without additions. It’s made in the ouillé style (topped up during aging) to preserve freshness and purity of fruit.

Apricot skin, spice, and earthy warmth.

About Domaine de la Renardiere

In the village of Pupillin, within Arbois-Pupillin in the Jura, Domaine de la Renardière has become one of the quiet benchmarks of the region.

Founded in 1990 by Jean-Michel and Laurence Petit, and now joined by their son Léo, the estate farms 7.5 hectares of limestone rich vineyards long considered some of the best sites in Jura for Trousseau and Ploussard. Organic practices have been in place since 2003, with certification achieved in 2012.

Work is parcel focused and minimal in the cellar. Fermentations rely on native yeasts, sulfur use is limited or absent, and wines are handled gently to preserve purity. The range is evenly split between reds and whites, from lifted, earthy Trousseau and Ploussard to textured Chardonnay and traditional Vin Jaune.
