Grown in the loess-rich soils of Carnuntum, each wine is made from organically farmed grapes, fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, and bottled with no additives beyond a touch of SO₂. Christina transitioned her family’s 28-hectare estate to full organic production in 2013, and her natural wines have since become a standout in Austria’s new wave.
