A blend of old-vine Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, and Furmint grown on hard limestone and schist. Sourced from densely planted vineyards, some up to 60 years old, worked by hand and horse. Grapes are foot-crushed and fermented with native yeasts in large barrels, aged without racking, and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without sulfur. The 2023 vintage brings layered brightness and texture: stonefruit, seaside salinity, and precise minerality.
