A textured skin-contact Chenin from the Karibib Vineyard in the Polkadraai Hills, grown on weathered granite soils. The grapes are fermented whole-bunch with native yeast for 4–5 days in open-top stainless steel before being pressed to a neutral 500L French puncheon for 11 months of aging on the lees. Bottled with light filtration, no fining, and sulfur added at bottling.
