Welcome To
October 2026 - White Club
A Word From Our Founder
Hi friends,
March in the white club brings a sense of openness and energy. The wines this month lean into clarity and aromatics, showing how white wines can feel vibrant and expressive while still remaining relaxed and easy to enjoy.
The selection moves through a range of styles that highlight both brightness and texture. Some wines feel crisp and lifted, offering refreshing citrus and mineral notes, while others show softer floral and fruit-driven layers that unfold more slowly in the glass. Together they create a lineup that feels varied but still harmonious.
These bottles are made for the kinds of moments that arrive naturally this time of year. A glass poured while the kitchen fills with dinner aromas, something chilled to share with friends, or a bottle that carries effortlessly from the first sip through the meal. They offer freshness and character without feeling complicated.
Each wine comes from growers who approach their work with patience and attention to the land. Careful farming and gentle winemaking allow the grapes and their origins to speak clearly, resulting in wines that feel authentic and alive.
Thank you for being part of the club and for continuing to explore these wines with us.
Here’s to a month of lively glasses, shared tables, and small moments worth celebrating.
Cheers,
Holly

Club Pick 1

Light-bodied and charmingly drinkable. A mix of white flowers, green apple, and subtle citrus flavors. It’s refreshing yet quite funky. Some say it's the closest wine to apple juice with how lovely it is!

Club pick 2

A fresh, low-intervention Sicilian white made from organically farmed Catarratto grown on sandy, limestone, and marine-deposit soils at 250m elevation. The 30-year-old vines are hand harvested and direct pressed, then fermented and aged for nine months on the lees in cement tanks. Unfined and unfiltered, with just 3g of added sulfur at bottling, it offers a pure expression of fruit and Sicilian terroir.

Club pick 3

A bright white sourced from organically farmed vineyards within 20 km of Domaine du Clos Roca in Nizas. Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache Blanc are harvested and vinified separately, directly pressed, and fermented in stainless steel after cold settling. The wine is aged separately for two months in stainless steel before blending, with malolactic fermentation blocked to preserve freshness. Deep limestone-based soils contribute to the wine’s regional character.

Club pick 3
Déferlante Blanc is made from Carignan Blanc, a rare southern French variety that brings both freshness and texture to the glass. The grapes are directly pressed, then aged for one year in foudre, allowing the wine to develop depth while preserving its vibrant character. Olivier Cohen takes a minimal approach in the cellar, letting the fruit and élevage shape the wine naturally. Bright citrus and orchard fruit are complemented by subtle herbal notes, gentle minerality, and a lively acidity that carries through to a clean, refreshing finish.
