Mersel Wine

Eddie Chami, an Australian-born father of three, holds a degree in Viticulture and Enology and is passionate about creating non-mainstream wines in Lebanon. Utilizing indigenous Lebanese grape varieties, Eddie's 'Mersel Wine' was the first in the country to develop a PetNat and a Piquette. Since 2016, the winery has been producing unique and high-quality Lebanese skin-contact wines.
