Club Pick 1

A complex and expressive orange wine made from 100% organically farmed Semillon grapes from Colchagua Valley's La Patagua region. Dried apricot, orange peel, rich honey, a hint of salt—and only 2,000 bottles produced— makes this wine a real find for wine lovers. Aged for 6 months with a layer of flor development, it will have beautiful oxidative notes!

Semillión

Dried apricots, orange peel, and subtle aromas of honey and flowers. A soft, slightly waxy texture, and touch of minerality.

In addition to the wild wines, they source organic fruit from two farmers. All the negoce wines are 100% stainless, native yeast, unfined, unfiltered expressions of Pacific terroirs. These are much lighter, fresher examples of Chilean viticulture than we are used to tasting, but ones that still express a clear sense of place. That’s a nice balance.

Club Pick 2

Hand-harvested Pinot Gris grapes that spend 60 days on its skins, followed by aging for 36 months in barrels. This orange is unique, layered, and complex with a strong tannic backbone.

Keltis wines epitomize the artisanal approach both in the vineyard and the cellar, showcasing their terroir and containing minimal sulfites. Many of our wines remain unfiltered, allowing them to retain their life and potential for further development. The marl, the primary rock of our terroir, imparts minerality to our wines, particularly noticeable in the macerated varieties. Following our philosophy, we work with the wines during the full moon when they are at their peak, enabling them to fully express their potential. Since we only observe their natural development without artificial interference, each vintage is released to the market when it is ready, allowing each to display its unique character in its own time.

Club Pick 3

An orange hue, textured body, flavors of smoke, spicy citrus, and an unforgettable minerality. This is all made possible by Michi Lorenz' blend of Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes from 20- to 30-year-old vines on high altitude vineyards. Many have noted it to be a great entry point into the world of natural wine–and we couldn’t agree more

A 100% Parellada wine is rare to find, making it a treat to come across. Orange in color from a week spent on its skins, this wine has a fruity profile with a touch of salinity and a crisp bite. Approachable for natural wine newcomers, and enough personality to intrigue those familiar.
