A Word From Our Founder

July's 6-Bottle Club is a journey through some of Europe's most exciting wine regions, featuring bottles that are vibrant, expressive, and made for sharing. This month's selection brings together sparkling, rosé, and red wines that showcase a wide range of grape varieties, winemaking traditions, and personalities.

From Croatia, France, Austria, and Slovenia, each wine tells a different story while reflecting the thoughtful farming and minimal-intervention approach that define the producers we love to feature. You'll find crisp bubbles to start an evening, a refreshing rosé for warm summer days, and a lineup of reds ranging from bright and easygoing to deeper, more savory expressions.

These are versatile wines that shine alongside seasonal meals, backyard dinners, weekend gatherings, or simply enjoyed on their own. Whether you're discovering a Croatian sparkling Graševina, revisiting classic French blends, or exploring elegant Slovenian Pinot Noir, there's something new to experience with every bottle.

As always, we've chosen wines that highlight authenticity over manipulation, allowing each region, vintage, and producer to speak for itself.

Thank you for being part of the MYSA community and for continuing to discover these incredible wines with us.

Here's to a July filled with new favorites, memorable meals, and plenty of reasons to raise a glass.

Cheers,

Holly

Region: Languedoc,

Olivier Cohen, a dynamic winemaker hailing from the Hérault region in the Languedoc near Montpellier, is the visionary behind Les Vignes d’Olivier. His repertoire boasts an exquisite rosé and an array of captivating red wines.

Initially immersed in the wine-selling scene, Olivier's journey took a pivotal turn while working at renowned natural wine bars like La Part des Anges in Nice and Vinivore nearby. It was here that his ardor for natural winemaking ignited, propelling him towards his own viticultural pursuit.

Seeking mentorship and hands-on experience, Olivier ventured to Corsica to collaborate with the esteemed Antoine Arena.

Middle of the Road

Region: Ardeche, France

Mas d'Intras is a family-run estate in the Ardèche region of southern France that has been farming its vineyards independently since 1982. Now led by cousins Denis Robert and Sébastien Pradal, the winery remains intentionally small, with every step from vineyard work to bottling handled by the estate's dedicated team.

Committed to caring for both the land and the wines they produce, Mas d'Intras farms organically and follows biodynamic principles, allowing each vintage to reflect the character of its Mediterranean-influenced terroir. The result is a collection of vibrant, expressive wines that showcase the freshness and authenticity of Ardèche.

Club Pick 4

The rosé that makes you fall in love with rosé all over again. Crafted from Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch, this wine is fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a fresh, pretty pink glass, marked by its own distinct charm.

Clams and oysters, Nigiri sushi, and chicken wings with a spicy barbeque sauce

Red fruit’s such as strawberries and raspberries are the star of the show, but look out for hints of grapefruit peel, rose peddles, and a touch of white pepper. Dry, light, and a perfectly balanced acidity

Region: Burgenland, Austria

Judith Beck doesn’t just make wine—she lets nature do its thing and guides it along with a gentle hand. Nestled in Burgenland, Austria, her vineyards are wild, alive, and thriving under biodynamic farming. No chemicals, no shortcuts—just pure, soulful wines that reflect the land and the love poured into them. She works with Austria’s coolest native grapes—Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, Zweigelt—letting them shine in their own way. The result? Wines that are fresh, vibrant, and full of personality, just like Judith herself. Every bottle feels like a warm invitation to slow down, sip, and savor the moment.
