Les Terres Dubien is a small, yet exceptional estate in the Médocaine peninsula, north of Bordeaux, founded in 2020. With just 3 hectares of vineyards, Benoit, the winemaker, embraces organic and biodynamic practices to highlight the unique terroir of each plot. His wines are crafted with native yeasts, gentle extractions, and minimal intervention, aging in vats and old barrels for 8 to 18 months. The harvest is manual, often with the help of friends, adding a personal touch to every bottle. Les Terres Dubien is a true expression of the land, with collaborative projects that further enrich its offerings.

Club Pick 2

Crafted from a grape you've likely never heard of vinyater, this organic and biodynamic gem offers crisp apple aromas with subtle earthy undertones. By letting the fermentation process naturally unfold and leaving contact with the lees, VY allows this wine to fully express itself, delivering an authentic representation with a lovely slight creaminess on the finish.

Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa, an Italian couple hailing from Piedmont, have embarked on a remarkable winemaking journey in Massís de Bonastre, nestled in the Baix Penedés region. Their mission? To revive neglected old vines and lesser-known grape varietals, transforming them into treasures of extreme quality and concentration. Embracing organic farming practices, they cultivate their plots with care, yielding grapes of exceptional character. In the cellar, they practice the art of minimal intervention winemaking, allowing native yeasts to guide fermentation and refraining from adding any additives, fining, or filtration, eschewing even the addition of SO2.

Club Pick 3

A vibrant and refreshing Müller-Thurgau natural white wine from the Northern Italian region with ripe citrus fruit flavors, a floral bouquet, bright acidity, smooth tannins, and a medium-length finish perfectly complements seafood, salads, and creamy dishes.

Matteo Furlani produces exceptional wines under two notable brands—Cantina Furlani and Mae Son. Cantina Furlani specializes in spumante wines, reflecting Matteo's expertise in crafting effervescent delights. Meanwhile, the Mae Son label, a collaboration with export manager Claudio Coronato and Jenny and Francois Selections, celebrates family significance and meticulous winemaking.

Matteo's meticulous winemaking process shines in his Muller Thurgau wine. Hand-harvested in early September, the grapes undergo unique hand destemming. Following this, they experience a prolonged 20-25 days of skin contact and spontaneous fermentation in open-top steel vats. The wine matures in stainless steel until April, resulting in a product that epitomizes Matteo's commitment to minimal intervention winemak
