Did you know "Artzaiak" translates to "shepherd" in Basque? The two winemaker brothers are exactly that and consider themselves shepherds first. They produce cheese from the sheep they raise while simultaneously farming 2 hectares of certified organic Hondarrabi Zuri grapes. The sheep add major value to their biodynamic practices.Â
