COS Azienda Agricola
From Sicily, Italy. The name COS comes from an acronym of the original winemakers Giambattista Cilia, Giusto Occhipinti, and Cirino Strano. The grapes are farmed biodynamically and organically. The vineyards are dry-farmed and only indigenous yeast is used.Â
