Thanks to everyone who supported us in the last few weeks as we worked to transition to our new fulfillment location. Your support, positivity, and patience means so much to us as we start this new chapter.
We'll be officially shipping out out the new location starting NEXT WEEK. Here's what this means for you:
- Faster turnaround times
- Fewer stock issues
- Mostly UPS shipments
- Different transit times (we're now shipping out of the west coast)
We do ask for your patience for a couple more weeks as we get set up with our new team. They have a TON of work to do unpacking inventory, getting used to our systems, and working with us.
Our Wine Club members are getting first priority next week as we work to get their boxes out the door as fast as possible. As such, there could be up to a week delay on any by-the-bottle orders placed between today (10/8) and the end of next week.
