This estate has an ambitious vision, with plans for a new winery slated for 2025. In the interim, grapes are vinified in nearby facilities, a mere 500 meters from the vineyards.

Sebastian specializes in crafting Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, a sparkling red wine, employing ancestral and traditional methods, culminating in bottle fermentation. His aim is to produce a high-quality natural wine, eschewing industrial or corrective techniques.
