About FlaviaFlavia Winemaker

Flavia Rallo—a young wine producer of the fourth generation of the historic Rallo family is interpreting the values of her great grandfather—spreading the culture of good wine and quality products of their territory by completely dedicating themselves to the creation of native Sicilian wines. The passion for work, excellent intuition and commitment have led to the production of natural wines from certified organic fruit, unfiltered, and with very low sulphite contents. These wines, with their lively freshness, come from the historic vineyards owned by the Rallo family since 1860. They are located between Contrada Birgi and Paolini, a stone’s throw from the Riserva dello Stagnone and the historic Marsala salt pans. - Minum

About KoppitschKoppitsch Winemaker

Alexander and Maria Koppitsch began making wine in Burgenland in 2011. They took over their parents 5.5-hectare winery and moved from selling their grapes into making their own wine. The vineyards are in the Neusiedl am See, a small village situated at the shores of the Neusidl Lake and on the eastern end of the Leitha Mountains which feature soft, rolling hills of mostly limestone soil. Like his father and grandfather before him, Alex does not believe in introducing any additives into the grapes or the wine. They use Rudolf Steiner’s biodynamic principles to cultivate their grapes, and pride themselves on performing every aspect of the vineyard management and the winemaking by hand, on a very small scale. - Jenny & Francois

About Where's Linus

Where's Linus Winemaker

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Chris Christensen never thought winemaking was an actual career path for people who weren’t born into a winery or vineyard until he went on a wine tasting trip to Sonoma during his Junior year at Stanford. Although originally fueled – as Chris himself admits – by the idea that knowing a thing or two about wine might impress girls, Chris’ curiosity about wine quickly turned into a real passion. And also a real career: although Christensen originally thought he’d just make a couple of harvests for fun before getting a “real” job in banking (which did shortly happen, for about a year), his true calling won out. So here he is, still making wines for both his own brand called Bodkin Wines (named after a battle in the Hundred Years War; Christensen is a huge medieval-history nerd) and companies like ours that are looking for delicious, approachable wine. — Where's Linus
