This charming wine, a blend of Lambrusco grapes fermented using the Charmat method, exhibits a light salmon pink hue and a delicate bouquet of red berries, flowers, and citrus. Situated in the village of Roncolo between Parma and Reggio Emilia, the winery sprawls across 130 hectares, with 30 dedicated to Lambrusco grapes. Producing approximately 1 million bottles annually, Venturini Baldini remains true to its familial roots, owned and operated by the Venturini and Baldini families. The vines, mainly autochthonous Lambrusco varieties, grow in c. 30ha of vineyards at an altitude of c. 170 to 370m, in clay-rich soils. Since the early 1990’s, Venturini Baldini has been producing only organically certified products. The winery was one of the first in Italy and the first in the region to switch to an entirely organic production, and this commitment is now deeply rooted in our approach to farming and wine making. - Massanois

Nestled between the rolling hills of Reggio Emilia and Parma, Venturini Baldini boasts a sprawling 130-hectare estate steeped in 17th-century history. Since 1976, our dedication to crafting organic Lambrusco and sparkling wines, alongside premium balsamic vinegars and condiments, has been unwavering. In 2013, Giuseppe and Julia Prestia assumed ownership, preserving the estate's visionary legacy while elevating our commitment to producing only the finest organic sparkling wines, with a particular emphasis on Lambrusco and sparkling rosé.

Our vineyards, spanning approximately 30 hectares, are adorned with predominantly indigenous Lambrusco varieties, thriving in clay-rich soils at altitudes ranging from 170 to 370 meters.
