In 2012, Aurélien Petit embarked on his winemaking journey, cultivating two small vineyard parcels just outside Montpeyroux. The first, spanning 2.5 hectares, boasts vines aged between 20 and 50 years, including Syrah, Carignan, and Chenin Blanc. Initially neglected, Aurélien revived this plot, infusing it with new life. The second parcel, covering 2 hectares, showcases a diverse array of soil compositions—red clay, yellow clay, and pebbly limestone—home to Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Carignan. Aurélien's wines serve as a testament to the climate and terroir of Hérault, capturing their essence in every bottle.
