A unique and intriguing natural red wine defying expectations. Made with a blend of red grapes and white grapes, it offers a lighter body compared to traditional reds. Expect a bouquet of red fruits like cherries and raspberries with a surprising twist of floral notes like honeysuckle or violets from the white grapes. The wine's acidity is bright and refreshing, balanced by minimal tannins. The finish is crisp and clean, leaving a hint of fruitiness that lingers pleasantly.

Raspberries, cranberry, peach, apricot, and honeysuckle.

About the Region

Rhône, France

The Rhône Valley, located in southeastern France, is renowned for its natural winemaking practices and exceptional wines. Split into two distinct regions, the Northern and Southern Rhône, the area benefits from a variety of terroirs and microclimates. Natural winemakers in the Rhône Valley prioritize organic and biodynamic farming methods, eschewing chemical additives and pesticides in favor of sustainable viticulture. They cultivate classic grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Viognier with minimal intervention to produce wines that reflect the region's unique terroir and the purity of the fruit. In the Northern Rhône, wines are known for their elegance and complexity, with Syrah offering spicy aromatics and dark fruit flavors. In the Southern Rhône, wines are more robust and fruit-forward, with Grenache providing ripe red fruit flavors and a hint of spice. As the demand for authentic and terroir-driven wines continues to grow, the Rhône Valley remains a cornerstone of the natural wine movement, offering a taste of France's winemaking heritage and commitment to sustainability with every bottle.
