The Producer

About Iuli

Born and bred in this region, I have a deep-rooted connection to this land. My winemaking philosophy revolves around the Piedmontese tradition, employing both cement and oak in the process. Drawing inspiration from the distinctive white earth and mineral-rich soils, my goal is to craft wines that exude subtlety and finesse. I'm drawn to wines that captivate the palate with their intrigue, offering a delightful drinking experience characterized by elegance, freshness, crispness, and vibrancy. Currently, I'm in the midst of expanding our portfolio to include wines crafted from forgotten Piedmontese varieties like Slarina and Baratuciat, adding new dimensions to our offerings. - Fabrizio Iuli
