This wine from our friends at Les Vignerons d’Estézargues was made in the most environmentally conscious manner and will bring a sense of well being and happiness to everyone who tastes it. We hope you kiffe this wine as much as we do, and pass it on the left hand side to your friends.

Alexander and Maria Koppitsch began making wine in Burgenland in 2011. They took over their parents 5.5-hectare winery and moved from selling their grapes into making their own wine. The vineyards are in the Neusiedl am See, a small village situated at the shores of the Neusidl Lake and on the eastern end of the Leitha Mountains which feature soft, rolling hills of mostly limestone soil. Like his father and grandfather before him, Alex does not believe in introducing any additives into the grapes or the wine. They use Rudolf Steiner’s biodynamic principles to cultivate their grapes, and pride themselves on performing every aspect of the vineyard management and the winemaking by hand, on a very small scale. - Jenny & Francois

Manuel Formigo’s vineyards in Beade, part of Galicia’s Ribeiro DO, are steeped in winemaking heritage, with claims that Ribeiro wine was among the first brought to America by Columbus in 1492. Managing six hectares across seven plots, Formigo cultivates local grape varieties such as Palomino, Loureira, Torrontés, and Caíño, with vines aged 20-40 years. His family's deep winemaking roots are evident in his recovery of nearly lost indigenous vines, including the oldest Treixadura vines in Miñoteria, planted in the late 1970s. Formigo’s philosophy focuses on environmental respect and producing wines that reflect the true essence of the grapes and their unique plots, resulting in elegant, aromatic, and balanced wines.

Christina Netzl's journey into natural winemaking began at the tender age of 5, tending to her family's farm and vineyard alongside her parents and grandparents. With time, her parents redirected the family business solely towards grape cultivation and winemaking, expanding it to encompass the 28 hectares they currently operate in the Carnuntum winemaking region, situated just east of Vienna and north of the Neusidler See. Christina pursued studies in oenology and wine management in London, immersing herself in diverse wine styles from around the globe. Upon her return to the winery in 2007, she collaborated with her parents, later fostering a fervent commitment to organic viticulture, particularly after becoming a mother of two.
