About Sektkellerei Ohlig

Since 1919, Sektkellerei Ohlig, founded by Anton Ohlig in Rudesheim am Rhein and later joined by the Kloss family, has upheld a tradition of crafting high-quality sparkling wines using the traditional method across four generations. Although they don't own vineyards, their close relationship with esteemed winegrowers like Weingut Carl Ehrhard, Weingut Walter Rapp, Weingut Mohr, and Weingut Schlossmuhlenhof allows them to source grapes or wine for their sekt production. Stored for a minimum of nine months in their century-old cellar, their wines undergo riddling and final disgorgement, ensuring premium quality. With a focus on balanced cuvées, Sektkellerei Ohlig relies on their skilled cellar master and advanced technology to develop top-quality wines.
