We met Jordi via Vinyes Tortuga in Emporda and fell in love with his distinctly Catalan and Emporda style wines! With beautiful versions of Grenache grapes to interesting co-ferments, he is a historian of winemaking in the region and not only works to preserve the historic winemaking practices in his wine but also documents them, working with universities and older generations in the village.
