Trained in viticulture, she ventured into winemaking, founding "La Araucaria." Dolores' passion lies in her vineyards, where earthy volcanic soil and humidity yield exceptional wines. Braided cord-trained vines on the slopes of Tenerife bear witness to her devotion. Dolores exclusively ferments unique Listán Negro grapes, distinctive to the region.
