The Producer

About David Large

David, a young and dynamic winemaker, showcases his mastery of the versatile Gamay grape through a sensory journey in his cellar. Immersed in his passions for movies, hip hop, and mixed martial arts, David infuses his personality into his craft, adorning both cellar walls and wine labels with cinematic references and lyrical quotes. Our tasting experience unveils the kaleidoscopic range of Gamay expressions, reflecting the diverse terroirs where the grapes flourish under David's stewardship. Divided into Negociant and Vigneron wines, David's creations captivate with their distinct personalities. While Negociant wines source grapes from purchased plots, their quality rivals that of Vigneron wines, which originate from David's own organically tended vineyards.
