le petit domaine is pretty much a one-man show, run by Aurelien Petit in Montpeyroux, which is the northernmost part of the Languedoc. It's nested in the foothills of the Larzac mountain range, bringing in significant diurnal temperature swings with its cool mountain nights and hot daytime temperatures. 

Aurelien makes a lot of wines, including whites, orange wines, and reds. This time around, we were able to get four of his reds, but we've already reached out to reserve some of his whites for next year too!
