Updating your address, credit card, and managing your orders is easy from your customer dashboard! Below, find a step-by-step of how to update each of these areas, with screenshots to show you where to click.

Account Creation

Important note: Signing up for the wine club does not automatically create an account for you, unless you checked "Create Account" when you checked out. If the system does not recognize that your email exists, please register as a new customer (click here to do that). From there, you will be able to log in and manage your subscription as needed.

Accessing Your Account

Access your account by clicking on the person outline at the top of the page.

Managing Your Subscription

When you log in, you'll be taken to a page that shows past orders and the addresses associated with your account. This is helpful for knowing what you've ordered but is NOT where you update your address or billing information for the club. To get to the page where you can update your information, click "Click to Manage Your Subscription."

Account Options

After you've navigated to the manage your subscription page, you will have multiple options, including:

  • Pause your account
  • Update your shipping and/or billing address
  • Update your payment information
  • Update the products in your subscription (swap from 2 or 4-pack)
  • See your transaction history
  • Cancel your subscription

Each of these should be fairly straightforward. We've put an exampled below of updating different areas of you account below:

Updating Payment Information

From your account dashboard:

  • Click Mange Subscription
  • Click on Payment Information
  • Click edit to make adjustments to your card on file

Pause/Resume/Cancel Membership

From your account dashboard:

  • Click Mange Subscription
  • See current subscription status
  • Edit to Pause, Resume, or Cancel
  • If you want to cancel it will prompt you to choose why you are cancelling
  • Finalize the cancellation by clicking the button on the bottom right

Swapping Products

From your account dashboard:

  • Click Manage Subscription
  • To see your current products click on that tab
  • If you'd like to edit the quantity, click Edit Quantity in top right of the box
  • If you'd like to swap the product, click Swap Product to the right
  • From the dropdown select the option you prefer
    • If you would like to swap to a club not shown please reach out to hello@mysa.wine and we can make that swap for you

Skipping Orders

From your account dashboard:

  • Click Mange Subscription
  • Click on Manage Upcoming Orders
  • Review orders and dates for processing
  • Click Skip Order for the date you wish
  • You can also change the quantity if need be

Change Address

From your account dashboard:

  • Click Mange Subscription
  • Click Address and Shipping Information
  • Click edit for the relevant address
  • Update the address and click save

PLEASE NOTE: You need to click Manage Subscription to access your subscription and not update under the Your Address tab, as that is not connected to your subscription processor.
