Carignan/Grenache blend. Made from 70 year old vines. A beautiful example of a Fitou wine.

Named for the lawnmowers of the vineyard (the cows), this wine is packed with fruit and perfect glou glou! With an explosive nose of red berries, cherry, spices, the mouth is round although tense, for a crunchy juice at will.

Easily pairs with tapas style eating or other Mediterranean cooking like light pastas or pizza!

Pairing Suggestions: Pizza, Sautéed/Fried Tapas, Mediterranean Food

Vintage: 2018
Appellation: Vin de France
Sulfites: 10 mg/L
Spontaneous Fermentation
