Our 2020 BFCM holiday sale is a way for us to tell each and every one of you "Thank You!" for supporting us over the last year. Those of us who have been here since the beginning know that we have grown and changed a lot in the last 12 months, and it's really kind of crazy to take the time to slow down, reflect, and think about where we are now, both in the world at large and within the tiny microcosm that is our natural wine community. When will my order ship?
We receive a ton of orders during sale periods, and our tiny team works hard to stay on top of things! Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process and ship prior to inquiring about your wine.
Can I use multiple codes at checkout?
No. Stacking discount codes is not possible on our website. If you have an order with 12 or more products in your cart, the 20% automatic case discount will apply. Otherwise, you are only able to manually enter one coupon in the code section of the checkout page.
What happens if my order is lost or stolen?
MYSA Natural Wine is not a shipping company. Our retailer contracts with shipping companies like FedEx and UPS on your behalf. If your order is lost or stolen, it's unlikely that there's anything we can do to locate it for you. Please do not take it out on us!
Will you do a price adjustment on orders placed before the sale?
In the interest of fairness, we will NOT be able to do a price adjustment on orders placed prior to the sale period. Thanks for your understanding!
Are you going to restock xyz producer?
Most of our wines will be restocked after the sale period ends. However, the existing inventory listed on the site for this sale period is all we have at this time. Go quick if you want to hop on a rare or esoteric bottle! Generally, a good rule of thumb is that we carry fewer of the more expensive bottles.
Why can't I buy more than 20 items?
Logistics, basically! The biggest box our retail partner has fits 20 bottles of wine. As such, we are not able to process more than that in a single order. More than 20 bottles must be processed in two separate transactions.
Why can't I buy more than 6 of one bottle?
We want everyone to have a shot at trying our wines. In order to give everyone access, we've limited the max number of bottles on any given SKU to 6 per transaction.
